Sand chutes

Our client in Southampton required fines delivery chutes fabricated and fitted to the sand plant. first we visited the site, to take measurements before calculating the dimensions and drafting the design. The next step was to fabricate all of the sections in our workshop before sending them to be galvanized. Each chute was lined with Linatex rubber to protect them from wear ahead of being transported to site.
The old chutes were dismantled using a MEWP and crane before we installed the new chutes on site.
